The 2nd heat in the west looks like a copy of heat 1 early on 16:40 pace

Rule 9.80 states,
"Unprofessional Behavior. Harassment by a coach or official, or failure to comply with meet management instructions."
The fact that they invoked Rule 9.80 "Unprofessional Behavior" rather than Rule 9.81 "Unsporting Conduct" makes me think it was pretty blatant, whatever it was that happened.
By the way how old is Maggie Congdon. How long has she been in NCAA? She looked so much older than anyone else.
