This thread is quite the piece of work. First, you offer commiseration. Even Trump, having seen Biden's remarks about his own near assassination, offered kind remarks. Second, you recognize that Biden's forgetting names and dates meant nothing about whether he exercised good judgment in most cases and turned this country completely around from the absolute disaster and insurrection that Trump gave as his legacy in 2021. We were over the inflation Trump and COVID supply chain issues had produced. Unemployment was low. Immigration was high, yes, but they were also deporting record numbers, and immigration is a big net positive on our economy, lowering crime rates, increasing productivity, and supplying workers for jobs Americans don't do. Trump II has been an utter disaster whether you're talking about free speech, health care, airline safety, transparency, corruption, democracy, due process, nepotism, cozening up to dictators, and on and on. The man sets new lows for an American president on a daily basis. We'll be darn lucky if he leaves office with our democracy intact.

Taking the cancer out of the equation, Biden’s legacy:
1. Inflation
2. Migrant Crisis
3. Global Instability
And if you want to go for extra credit: Chaos on college campuses.
Sorry about your TDS, much like Cancer, I hope they find a cure someday.
Prostate Cancer runs in my family, it is a very slow moving and highly detectable disease. If it is as advanced as they claim Biden has had this for years. Maybe going back to 2020. It has also been detected well before now. There is zero chance a common cancer that can be detected with a PSA test was not discovered until now in someone who had access to the world's best healthcare.
That he had this cancer was absolutely known by his team when he ran for re election and hidden from the public. This along with how his mental state was hidden until the debate disaster.
He gace a speech in 2022 where he claimed he had cancer due to where he was raised.
He cheated the election and not really the president, intentionally destroyed our economy and borders, baby killer, persecuted his rivals etc. He doesn't deserve our sympathy. We should pray for his salvation. When he dies, there will be no mourning. Proverbs 11:10

Who are we talking about? Also, English is not your first language. God, this website is a dump

I disagree with Biden, but cancer sucks. I don’t wish it on anyone. He is 82, and prostate cancer is an unfortunate part of being an octogenarian male (Trump probably has had it as well). People shouldn’t be speaking ill about Biden, just as others should not be speaking ill about Trump. I find it ironic that those outraged about the ill speak of Biden are the same ones calling Trump diaper boy (a lot of bladder issues with elderly men are tied to prostate issues. Have sympathy for both. Try to stay classy.
Sorry to hear this. I'm surprised that it wasn't detected earlier. You'd think the President would have the best health screenings in the world.
The news articles all try to be upbeat, but the reality is that agressive prostate cancer is often fatal, especially for seniors with pre-existing health conditions.
There was an interview with a specialist from Penn State on NPR yesterday. He indicated they don't screen for this, and many other things, once men get beyond 70 years old. I can't remember his exact wording but a quick search on the issue produces this:
"Screening for prostate cancer in men over 70 is often not recommended due to the low likelihood of benefit, as most prostate cancers in this age group are slow-growing and may not cause harm. The risks associated with screening and treatment, including false positives, over diagnosis, and overtreatment, outweigh the potential benefits for many men in this age group"

I heard this on the news last night. However you might think the president would get a simple blood test even if it's usually not done. I doubt insurance was an issue as it is with the general public.
