Didn't know he had a brother in college, looks like they're Canadians too. Wow they could both end up with post-collegiate careers since Canada isn't as competitive.
They finished 10 seconds within each other at the 2022 XC state meet.
Where did Servite get these frosh/soph boys sprinters?? Three in the top four of the varsity 100 at Mustang Roundup + four in the top 11 in the varsity 200 with two of those being different freshmen than the 100. Did I miss something?
I mentioned it like two weeks ago. Pretty much all from recruiting - a lot of it has to do with their football program.

Ah I definitely missed that, good stuff. Looks like frosh Jorden Wells is pretty good too with 10.74/22.16 on Saturday and his brother Jace isn't all that far behind
SFL is definitely the most competitive league in SJS- it’s EBAL in NCS
Yup, my high school used to be a part of it, sadly it switched before I started attending 😔 but still, every year they are kick ass. Delta used to be really good too
I mean even then, SFL was always the most competitive league in the section prior. Delta was only competitive due to Jesuit, Davis, and Saint Francis. SFL (prior to Jesuit, Davis, and St Francis) had Whitney, Folsom, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Oak Ridge, Del Oro- all schools that are highly competitive in sports not including xc and track. Now throw in Jesuit, Davis, and St Francis- it’s just a hive of SJS tops schools all in one league.

I noticed that too. I think Wells got seeded at 10.64 for Redondo this weekend? It was either him or someone else on the team. Just unreal depth considering the average grade of their class. I really wouldn't be shocked to see them run 39.x if they hold it together to the end of the season. It's gonna be an AMAZING battle with LBP, especially considering their former teammate Benjamin Harris now goes to Servite.
I thought the Pretre siblings were already common knowledge within Cali XC. My friend is actually teammates with Justin up in Berkeley!
Same here (I have two friends on the Cal team right now! We might know the same people haha), but I ran in CCS so maybe that's why I think it's common knowledge or whatever.

What’s going on with Griffin Kushen? I see Tesoro is entered into Redondo and a lot of big individuals are there too- I’d assume he’d probably would race Redondo given the early season competition. Unless he’s injured or is holding off
