Honestly could just be a mental drop off too after goals for the season have been achieved. Don't blame any of them for it at all, just happens sometimes.

Kenneth rooks is a championship racer. He like Hocker runs PB’s in championship style races when it’s set up to go super fast last lap which both athletes love.
Rooks almost DFLs except for Wilkinson.
Fisher and Rooks should probably have shut it down after Paris. Are they just continuing to race for their sponsors?

Rooks seemed to be clutching his chest with his right arm as he was coming down the home straight. Something clearly was off today, hopefully he’s OK.
El Bakkali almost lost that on the line but stays unbeaten in the steeple since Kigen in '21; strong runs from Serem and Firewu. Sime DNF, was expecting much more from him

I mean, yes for Grant/Little/Rooks. But overall, Holloway, Cockrell, Hocker, Kessler, 100 hurdlers, 110 hurdlers, Holmes, Knighton, Fred, Cranny, Schweizer among those running solidly so far. It’s really just a few examples.
American distance laying a fat egg so far today. Akins last in 2:38, McGorty and Fisher last 2 spots 7:42/7:49, Rooks and Wilkinson last 2 spots 8:35/8:40. Unbelievably poor showing.
