Like any other US city could muster a better crowd on a Friday evening in July. What fantasy world do you live in?
Do you genuinely think that Eugene, Oregon - of every city in the US - represents the peak of asses in seats potential?
Well, we’ve seen stadiums full in the Diamond League. Is Europe such a rabidly fanatical track mecca - or is it an easily available cool thing to go to?
If I had to guess, I would posit these cities could do it: Chicago, Washington Dc, Boston, Indianapolis, Columbus, Charlotte, Buffalo, Cleveland, New York, etc etc
And what venue in these US cities could/would accommodate these imaginary asses in their imaginary seats?
Thought Sha’Carri had matured, but that gesture and immediate poor start right after because she wasn’t focusing shows she still has a long way to go to compete with the top Jamaicans.
The ability is there to get a medal. The mental side of things may still not be.
Her talent is immense, but she has a lot to overcome in her head. She powered through and this was a significant accomplishment for her in terms of her mental game. She’s going to beat the Jamaicans in Budapest. Just wait.

I just upvoted you, that poster doesn't understand. But it is still Los Angeles for the win - Coliseum or Mount SAC.
Brittany Brown huge PR for 2nd after a PR earlier in the year in the 400. That 200's gonna be pretty spicy from her potentially. And being on the team already means she doesn't have to worry and can just run relaxed.
Great to see Tamari make the team. Knew she was gonna show out here. :)
