Honestly it looked like he was just running to qualify for nattys. In this video, he barely looks tired while everyone else is collapsing around him.

Eh, get off your high horse. 33-34 mins is not ‘hobbyjogging’ if you’re in a female body with higher body fat, less muscle, smaller organ (eg.heart and lungs..)and wide hips.
You should try it (but of course, you can’t..you’re making the mistake of seeing it from a stronger, faster, leaner male body).
I’d agree that 33 -34 mins is t great for men. But - for women - it’s very decent!
So, get a life and go pick on someone your own size.

I watched it on the stream and Fay gapped everyone with 400 to go, and yes in the last 100 he was struggling. But the rest of the were all working pretty hard. I just don't think Young as the top end speed at the end that some of those others do unless the pace is faster.

Fanbulleh has improved both his 100m and 200m by a lot in the past two weeks.

Now a factor in the 100m and heavy favorite in the 200m

The Stanford freshman is looking good in the 200 as well

I don’t believe the wind reading, and even if that WAS measured at the gauge, in the 200m the wind is a tricky thing.

+4.4 is a hurricane, you would really see it, and the other guys like Boling would have had way better times.

IMO this was a legit 19.8 from Fahnbulleh.💪

Boling looked like carp, or really tired. Compare him to Fahnbulleh in the straight—JF was sprinting, MB was running. No contest. Too much back-side action. Dead in the water. Like I concluded before, focus on the LJ.

Fahnbulleh—IMO he is among the fastest-ever clean sprint athletes, especially in the 200m. We should see legit 19.8-low or 19.7x from him. That straight looked great, and his block work looked a tiny bit better, which is a good sign.

The East W 10,000. Not clear where Steelman lost her shoe. The trip up occurs at about 4830 meters.

I agree on that. In E W 1500 Flockhart of Providence big PB 4:10. Bush of NC St did not look good the whole race and was 13th ie 1st one out in 4:14. Several ACC runners blew up badly.

Skyring fell entering the last lap and Barnett tripped and almost fell.

Sam Bush is a mid-distance that Laurie Henes "transformed" into a distance runner, now she has to suffer the consequences of not qualifying on her best event and be a mediocre 5000m runner

I believe Bush has run xc since high school. Seems Bush and Vess took this out hard (not the usual Bush raceplan) to ensure time qualifiers. Worked perfect for Moreno and barely for Vess. Bush does have plan b, we'll see how it goes.

No it was fairly slow around 2:17 at 800 I believe 2:01.5 at 700. She went 66/66 while a bunch went 66/64-65

i missed the race and its live so i cant see the replay .. so how on earth was sam bush the only nc state runner to not qualify when shes the 2nd fastest in the 1500m runner in the team ???? they have vissa on the same heat but it was a slow heat??
