How did Miss Armstrong know where the girl she "allegedly" killed was staying?
I don’t know, either Strava or stalking the dude I would imagine.
it sounds like mo rode her bike straight from the apartment that day so that would give her an idea. wonder if she was waiting there for colin to drop her off or if she was just following colin the whole time assuming they were together. guessing something like the latter would be more likely to push her over the edge. either way mo wouldve had to let her in. im sure they were at least vaguely familiar with each other and probably opened the door on the premises of reconciling, but obviously armstrong had different ideas. tbh when staying at someones place it would be reasonable to not allow an otherwise stranger into the owners place, but who knows...it might have played out a lot differently.
So she already had a fake ID ready to flee when she was questioned/released?
You seriously way over estimate ID checks, most people don't care. And it's not like these cops are the sharpest tool in the shed when they clown around with a mistyped birthdate as to why they said they had to let her go despite the warrant:
I’ve made it clear that I’m just trying to understand if she used a fake ID (why would she have one ready) or her real ID (why wouldn’t they have been able to know she flew using her ID earlier).
Okay then how did it take that long to find out that she flew to NY after they did finally have a warrant? Are they not able to search a database of flight purchases?
Because you don't need to use a real name to buy a plane ticket, especially for domestic flights. Don't even need a passport flying inside the same country.
And everyone is still playing covid scare theatre at airports and airplanes when the rest of the country has moved on so it's not obvious who is actually behind the masks.
total spitball, but could she get through using CLEAR? With Clear, they scan your eyes and then barely look at your boarding pass. She could book a ticket under a fake name but then use her CLEAR membership which would scan her eyes and verify her. (if this is actually possible then it's a HUGE loophole in that program...)
She got out well before they had a warrant out for her, so she probably didn’t even need a fake ID. The cops were stupid slow and waited until May 17 to issue a warrant for her after interviewing and letting her go on the 13th. Beats me why Armstrong wouldn’t be the prime suspect when her SUV was the only car seen on camera during the hour of the murder and she nodded in agreement at the cop saying that it looked bad. The cop literally told her it looks bad, she agreed, and then cop told her she is free to leave and she asked to leave and left and got on a flight out of town.
Feels very similar to Brian Laundrie. Cops just let him go when he clearly was a suspect and then spent two months hunting him down.

What database of flight purchases? There isn’t any such thing owned by law enforcement. They need to subpoena that information. For that, they need to have a reasonable hunch she’s flown out of the area. Until yesterday, cops said they thought she was still in the Austin area. You are grossly overestimating the proficiency of these cops.
Also, there are various cop outs even without a fake ID. You can be one letter off in your name and still pass through security check. You can use your middle name as your last and try to get by unnoticed. You can use your middle name as your first name and so on. If there isn’t a warrant out for you and being actively screened for at airport security checks, most airport security would look at a nice looking white woman and not suspect anything.

Thank you for answering my “are they not able to search a database of flight purchases” question. What you call grossly overestimating I call asking questions that I’d like to be educated about.
I don't get why the sponsors are bailing because the guy had a side piece. He wasn't married, he can have as many on the side as he wants until the wedding.

Colin, in the state of Texas, you are limited to 3 side pieces a year, and you exceeded that already, so sponsors had no choice. Beyond 5 side pieces, anyone is authorized to conduct a citizen execution of the philanderer on sight with their concealed carry.
Law enforcement caught Kaitlin Armstrong on a Costa Rica beach after she fled Texas following the death of romantic rival and gravel cycling pro Anna Moriah "Mo" Wilson.
Your posts have transitioned from somewhat factual to just full on fantasy conjecture.
Not very far fetched to think that Colin Strickland could have done something to Kaitlin Armstrong with her missing for so long given that we know Strickland has a history of lieing and his public statement has contradicted the police affadavit. And we know that Strickland has another gun as well as the means and connections to get more.

America Ninja Warrior is going to be in the Olympics, too. Pro cyling is pro cycling. It's like a steeplechaser running a road race.
Maybe more like a miler running a trail marathon. Granted, MTB isn't that far off from gravel in the case of this situation. I suppose with the explosion in demand for bicycles during COVID with concomitant supply chain constraints that there must be a bit extra cash floating around in the industry to throw at marketing via serious recreationalists.
I'm not into it, but I know people do like to watch gaming and ANW. I don't know who's watching gravel racing or how, has it made it onto FuelTV?
Gravel racing is kind of like marathons of road racing. Road racing requires you to have a license to race in a specific category so you don't have hobby joggers mixing it up with experienced racers. Gravel racing doesn't require this so you can jump in one of these along side a pro. this is why it is becoming popular. Olympic potential?? can't see that happening.
Armstrong was wanted for the May 11 shooting of Anna Moriah "Mo" Wilson, who had previously dated Armstrong's boyfriend. Investigators say the killing may have been a violent act of romantic jealousy.
To those who were interested and followed this story, the Dateline episode is airing tonight. At lot of interesting info has come out about Kaitlin Armstrong (the jealous gf murderer), and the description of the episode teases even more new info about the case.
