Don't actually care what she ran, a doper doing time trials is completely irrelevant to the sport. But if she can afford to hire camera operators to film this stuff, then it makes a mockery of her grubbing for cash to pay for her appeal. People who donated to her Gofundme were total marks

She is an Olympic level runner and not a LR poster and of course her situation sucks for her. What if the NP kids ran secret time trials that don’t count and didn’t compete in any meets?
If I was her, I would put in the miles and focus on 2O25. “I ran a 30:00 while I was banned” isn’t that great of a story and wouldn’t motivate me to train hard.
Put yourself in her shoes - she had an awful 2021 and likely has a lot of personal/mental health issue regardless of if she was dirty or not. This is likely an outlet to keep her sane during her ban.
To each her own. I would hate to train and live like a (unpaid) pro just to run some time trials that don’t count and are recorded on someone’s iPhone. I also wouldn’t want to train with people that are chasing ARs and preparing for championships while I go home devastated everyday.
For me, mileage, some tempos, strides and some fartlek would be good enough until maybe mid-2024. In the meantime, I would find new interests or maybe further my education. There are plenty of guys fast enough to train with and I would stay away from BTC.

What if you didn't feel like you had a choice because your entire existence was wrapped up in training and competing at a high level? That's what I think is going on here. Like the old folks who have saved enough to retire but continue going to work because they don't know what else their life would be.
If she was planning on getting back into competition promptly after her ban ended. Why wouldn't she continue her training as usual, and the associated upward trajectory? It makes no sense to spin your wheels on the couch and then get destroyed when you show up to race again.

I would think that the real reason the result is confidential is that it would take away from the performance of Cranny last week. What kind of teammate would do that kind of one-upmanship? Cranny legitimately put a scare to the AR. If Shelby did it too or broke the AR in a meaningless TT followed by a big marketing campaign, screw her.

Would really be poor taste for Shelby and Co to post the results right now and distract from Cranny. I do see something coming out from the bunch of Shelby did well . Can we assume she hasn’t been dropped by Nike?

Distract from Cranny, but also Fisher and his record, not to mention both Staffords are going at World Indoors this week and one of them at least has a great medal shot. Imagine winning a world indoor medal then you get asked about your banned ex teammate's time trial. All things aside (like yes, they should just kick her to the curb), if she even pretends to be a friend it would be very selfish.
She said on IG she has something fun coming up and the past 1-2 months she’s been a week behind her BTC teammates’ races. She’s likely time trialing a 10K - I’d put her at 30:15, just behind Elise and Molly
So much obvious doping in the sport. It's disingenuous for LR posters to bash someone who got caught. You guys pretend these other runners are clean and rip S? Her only sin was getting caught, get over her and enjoy the dopers that didn't get caught competing next weekend.
