I don't think many of you are aware of the Moroccan or North African mentality. They are grown up waking up in the morning, and the most important thing is to get through that day, with not so much concern for tomorrow. Although many seems like pleasant and nice people, it is almost expected to cheat , or provide for your family at any cost, at least if you can get away with it. And they have a denial-mentallity. Even if they are caught stealing, breaking in or whatever, they refuse...
I love Morocco as a holiday destination, the people and culture. But I am not stupid. I can see how it works there. And as I of course don't hav any proof that Katir is on drugs, you need to put your finger in the ground. In short time he has become top 10 ever in 1500 and 3000, and if you are close to be one of the best EVER, you would run really fast without any training at all, and even with a small amount, you would run really really fast. So his improvement is just too good to be true!

No, they aren't. Most tests are conducted after the event. There has been greatly reduced OC testing during the pandemic, which has given a free hand to the dopers, as we are seeing with so many performances this year - like Katir, blitzing the 1500m from nowhere. He is simply one of many - if not most now.

I indicated through alternative examples (which you also had previously presented) your reasoning has no sound basis to it. A serious discussion requires a serious point. All I know he was a good young Middle distance runners but he did not made it to the top Moroccan selection (be cause of the hard concurrent at that time). Then he searched other horizons.
His results were not constants:
After the double gold medal in the world championship 2005, he ranked 8 in World Athletics Final the same year. Then 3rd in the Asian Games in 2006, the 5th in the world indoor championships 2008.
