He looked mighty comfortable in the West regional. Totally in control the whole race.
His positioning in this race was perfect the whole time. Perfectly executed.

I just want to highlight how CRAPPY of a post this is. This user should be BANNED.
We have an entire day of sprint prelims , taking 5 minutes between each section of the sprints. And you complain about one a 28 min race where 10 guys break the old meet record and comes down a to sprint finish with 8 people in it until the end? If you can't get excited for that, go watch another sport.
NOT TO MENTION this 28 min race is the only break the sprinters get before the 4x4. Get rid of the 10k and the 4x4 is a disaster with athletes blowing up and getting hurt.
mind you, though bekele may have been into EPO like the rest,
i would put him right there with rono.
he was so much better than the others, EPO or not.
