Trump doesn't have much to sue him on... you know what's brilliant about this book? No one needs to have read it to know it's mostly true, because so far a lot of the content is in line with accounts of people in his circles and Trump is desperately trying to prevent it from getting out. There will be no law suit.

That makes you a simpleton. All rules have to be interpreted, and from a practical law standpoint, rarely anything is black and white in the Constitution.

The Constitution —Article I, Section 2— requires that all people in the US be counted in the census, regardless of citizenship.

That makes me an American. The Constitution is very clear and Fed power is very restricted. Without the rule book we go from being Constitutional Republic where our representatives are limited by the rule book no matter what the size of the majority might be, to being a Republic where a simply majority can operate without limits. That is where we are today, and it is the source of almost all our problems.

The Supreme Court has never upheld a prior restraint, even in cases where the government claimed that publication would severely damage national security. Yet, Trump is seeking prior restraint to stop a book from being published because... it hurts his feelings. This kind of despotic absurdity doesn't even make people flinch anymore.
