About half what a competitive D1 head coach/director makes. About on par with what assistants at bigger/more competitive D1's make. Yeah it's in a cheap dump no one wants to live in so the cost of living is low, but youre just still not going to get an adult or successful coach to bite for that. Unfortunately it's sounding like this is becoming more and more common for non-elite P4 schools, salaries going down instead of up as the NCAA collapses.
