Deficit YTD is $1.9 trillion (fiscal year ends at the end of October). On pace to eclipse $2 trillion yet again under Biden / Harris. Keep it in mind come November. We are over 4 years removed from the COVID emergency and we are still burning money.
It's too bad that NEITHER party cares about the national debt and deficit spending. Clinton had some good years with regard to that, but he's the only one since before Reagan. Reagan really began the big spending, and it has become the norm for BOTH parties.

Grasping at straws I see. The reason the number for Democrats has gone down is that we aren't in the throes of a pandemic now. In 2020, Democrats were much more likely to be cautious regarding COVID than the moron Trumpers, so many more of them did the mail-in ballot thing. Easy to understand.
And, while Harris most certainly can win without PA, if you believe the polls (I don't), not only does 538 have her up by 0.7%, RCP has Trump up by 0.2%, but recently polling has shown that Democrats are greatly under represented...also, A+ poll Morning Consult has Harris up 3 points in PA.
BUT, none of the above matters. 13 Keys says Harris will win...and she will.

Politicians are just a reflection of popular belief. Somewhere along the way, people became very unhappy with politics as usual and Trump stepped in to champion them. You know I think there’s a cost of living crunch, but you could also credibly point to the internet as a source of radicalization. 50 years ago, the looneys would just get laughed at by their buddies at the bar.
