I can explain that, Mark and I were on a secret special forces operation so it never made the media, it's still being kept secret under the UK government 20 year rule of withholding secret information and due to persop considerations.

Always possible but the majority of the significant others of the 'runners' in other charity fraud fake runs were usually knowing participants. Most of the significant others of other fake runners for charity fraud haven't have a lot going on in their lives as far as success either...and a lot of the significant others on frauds we've busted up seemed to crave the attention the stunts brought until they were caught, they were suddenly "important" by association until they got caught.

My report to London re his missing split times has been received by them, but they say it might not be sorted until AFTER the race as they are busy.

Not happy. It only takes five seconds to glance at the missing mat timings and boot him out of 2016 and remove his 2017 entry. He doesnt deserve it

Doesn't really matter if London gives him the official boot before the race. I don't think Dave Reading and company would be dumb enough to show up after they've been exposed and with LetsRunners gleefully looking to capture video of him cheating.

I think he WILL show up. He's capable of doing a marathon. He did a legit 5:04 in London in 2015. He's not going to give up a London place. However he got it, they are precious and very hard to come by.

So he WILL be there for sure unless he gets the boot, just dont expect a 3:12!!

Why would he even show up for a 5 hour marathon? We've already forced them to take down their entire online presence (except for Mark Hewlett). Dave's not running for fun, he would need a money angle.

Dave, if you run London is less than 5 hours, I will send you £100. And I'll do it Western Union, so you won't even have to claim it on your taxes.

Dave, if you run London in less than 3h:15m I will donate £100 to your 'charity' for every timing matt you are recorded crossing. The one caveat is, I will need to see photographic evidence that it was actually you running the race and not a bib mule...
