According to today's preliminary hearing testimony from the San Francisco cop who interviewed DelPope, he was also intending to go after Gavin Newsome, Tom Hanks, and Hunter Biden.

So the defense strategy is to go for lesser charges of non-aggravated assault and breaking and entering.
