You can't possibly be serious referencing a program that was funded over $1,800,000,000 by the guy who is responsible for some of the largest money laundering fraud in history.

Russia has infiltrated the White House.
The peace negotiations have yielded a cease fire with respect to energy infrastructure and maritime traffic on the Black Sea. The latter will include a deal to reconnect Russia's main agribank with the Swift financial network (that will require an agreement from the Europeans who are not even at the table). Ukraine's most successful war operations have been its attacks on Russian oil and gas infrastructure and operations against the Russian Black Sea fleet. Ukraine gets nothing extra for its end of the cease fire agreement, but Russia gets massive sanctions relief. Ukraine loses two of its most effective ends of its response to Russia's invasion while Russia gets to continue launching waves of Shahed drones and bombs on civilian communities in Ukraine.
And in negotiations, Russia has taken the position that Ukraine must concede all of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia in addition to Luhansk and Donetsk. Russia is claiming that its constitution prohibits it from seceding any portion of these oblasts. In short, Russia's position is that they get everything they want, Ukraine is neutered militarily and has to wait for Russia to rebuild its forces and marches across Ukraine and into the Balkans. Trump's only role in this is to make Ukraine agree to it and sell it as some great accomplishment.
