Read it or perhaps just read parts.
You will see how unbelievable it was for Prof Cowen to think he could get away with misleading Parliament.

I don’t think it is true at all but previous heads of sports bodies with their fingers in the Edwards case now have other positions and are worried in this new era of transparency may expose them.
Athletes are beginning to have normal rights and not just fodder for those who bleed off them.
No longer will the injustice demonstrated in the Edwards case be tolerated.

Hacksaw was most prob used by a technician but it was done under the supervision of the analyst for the sample and the name of such was .... wait for it ..............

The Boris Johnson court case has reminded that there is an unlimited prison term for the public office offences.
An other story of a court case costing millions that was stopped because the prosecution withheld evidence.
Yet withholding evidence is what happened in the Edwards case.
And, to compound matters Prof Cowen withheld info to Parliament.
Was Cowen a public servant at that point?
So if Cowen was a public servant and the Davis report is correct and if he mislead Parliament how long a jail term will he serve?

If. Drug tester (DCO) lied to a hearing would they go to prison for fraud in public office ?
Funny if the testing industry did time before an athlete went to prison.
