Be at the 9th green, 9:00.
Apparently that was too harsh. What I meant was that he looked tired. That's all. I'm tired of everything I say being taken the wrong way. My stay was short-lived, but good-bye LetsRun

oneonta can't help but reveal their identity when they make idiotic posts...
PiCs?!?!?!
Wendy Pavlus WINS and SLU takes second as a team, only 9 points out of first. Too bad their 5th wasn't a bit further up.
Men's results up now too. Kosgei bombs....43rd place. NCC wins with 50 points as NYU, Cortland and Geneseo take 4th, 5th and 6th.
Ramsey is the top AR guy in 4th with Heymann in 9th.

indeed. Look for ramsey to blow it and slu to suck when it matters.
Nice call.
Wow, a lot of chokes in the AR this year.
Looks like the course was tough?
It's a good day to be a saint! Girls team was AWESOME! Guys team got it done, and finished better than last year without Kip.
Dan Ramsey! Where are the haters now?
I hope both teams go out tonight and get some strange a$$.
was Bobby Henchen actually first man for Geneseo or did he and Lee Berube accidentally switch bib numbers and chips?
is there something wrong with the thread because there haven't been any posts when you'd think there would be a lot of them immediately after nationals. are people still hungover from after-nats celebrations?

I think it disappeared (along with many of the D3 threads) for a few days.
Props to NYU for a nice race (always underrated and usually show up when it counts). SLU as well, women (just great) and men (good to see them prove the pollsters wrong of course... 14th ranking to 24th after a poor race at regionals then finishing 11th at nats).
It's too bad RIT bombed, they are obviously better than 31st (though they would have had a hard time beating SLU). Otherwise, though, the region showed how strong it is.
It was pretty remarkable how Williams lost two of their guys during the race and still managed to pull off a 2nd place effort. One of those guys must have been a 6-7 guy for them, but looking at their 4-5 gap possibly one of them was their 5th? I'm sure I could look and figure it out but there's no point, they wouldn't have caught NCC either way.
I heard that Kosgei was sick, tough break. Had to figure that the flu would affect someone though. What does he have left for cross and track eligibility after this year? From what I can remember he should have one year of cross and be done with track at then end of this outdoor season, is that right? Will he be able to spend a 5th year at Hamilton?

no way NYU finishes in front of Geneseo. and all this shit about gators and metal poles is mad funny. just don't run into the pole when youre turning you stupid f***s.
well that didn't quite prove true... just goes to show how anything can happen when they all go to the big show, aside from NCC none of the top 5 teams ran as they were predicted to, williams, allegheny, and nyu were supposed to be behind the suny's and uw-lax
Williams' two dnf runners ran between 3rd and 6th normally; their #5 finisher at Nationals was their #7 man.
geneseo's 1, 2, 3 for most of the season were their 5, 6, 7 ...what happened?
Below is what happened to Geneseo's 1, 2 and 3 runners. Geneseo's nationals happened 3 weeks before everyone else's.

No idea wrote:you have no clue about how geneseo trains or their attitudes going into that meet... just because they ran fast does not mean that they peaked for it it just means they ran better than cortland because they're a better team
Maybe you don't know Geneseo then. They treat it like nationals. I've never heard of any other team doing as much to mentally prepare for SUNYACs than Geneseo does. I think that takes a lot out of them physically to put so much effort into the mental prep that it does hurt them later in the season.

and Cortland's 1-4 being shaken up, KOB being way ahead then Dubois and Stermer
While most of RIT's team, gotta give it to them tho, they ran very well the entire year
for the people there, did most of the AR just have bad days? or was the course tough/sloppy
off days i believe, and course was a mess and rough as well. What can you do it's all done now. onto indoor
