I would never have done so with President Trump still in office and I would be done with this stupid job by now. I could post unhindered on this site trying to troll agip and his buddies. Your employer can always track what you do on your work computer, but unless you work at a very large company, it's unlikely they are. IT departments at most companies are stretched very thin and don't have the time or resources to monitor you. As long as you work enough not to cause problems, I think you'll be fine

5. But the biggest takeaway is incompetence and a “we don’t give a sh!t about rules” that flows from Trump.
