at least three takeaways from the leak to the atlantic:
1) Trumpers prove again and again to be incompetent. Last time their lack of skills saved democracy, so, um, good?
2) No real chance the DOJ prosecutes - trump would pardon anyway and then fire the prosecutor, so what is the point?
3) Our allies were already afraid that trumpers would *again* leak secret info to Russia, and this makes them realize that American incompetence could just as easily leak their info as treachery, so they'll just keep the secret stuff to themselves.

No one knows the actual number. I doubt even Ukraine knows the real number. What we do know is Ukraine lies about the number just like Russia does.
If the idiotic numbers Ukraine puts out were true every man in Russia under 40 would be dead already.
The fact remains that Ukraine is losing the war and has no hope of victory.
