Lastly, this emphasizes the bottom line lie/platform plank in the R party: American cities are chaotic hellholes, american carnage incarnate, unlivable and dangerous to even step foot in. Certainly never send your children there. Columbia is the ur-urban university, in the ur-city NYC so it has a big target on is back. Attacking it gets all kinds of nods from trumplandic rubes.

Far worse than the advertising for ACTUAL drugs: The advertising for snake oil supplements, where it's made OK by the following:
1) Spend a whole commercial saying and/or strongly implying that your snake oil absolutely does X.
