Her death is a tragedy. The massacre at Newtown was a tragedy. How much did you care about that? More or less?

Riley Laken is killed by a Venezuelan who illegally entered the US. And in response, to prevent such a tragedy like that from happening again? we’re going to get rid of every illegal immigrant. Ok, understood.

A native US citizen takes an automatic rifle and kills two dozen school children. And in response to make sure that a tragedy like that never happens again we are just going to hope and wish. Do I have that right?

I am all for reasonable immigration policies and border enforcement to attempt to prevent potentially violent individuals from entering the US.

I am also for reasonable gun control policies to prevent tragedies from Newtown from happening again. Can you say the same? Or do you not care enough about two dozen dead kids?

You think all "illegals" should be allowed to stay so long as they aren't violent apparently.

What can we do about? Investigate the perpetrators and planners, target them, bring them to trial or eliminate them, investigate other potential foreign terrorists and substantially modernize and increase airport security.

What can we do about it? Prosecute the suspect and synthesize common sense solutions to limit, reduce, stop potentially violent people from entering the country, legally and illegally.

What can we do about it? Now it’s your turn. And the same for hundreds of mass shootings in the only country in the world where they happen so frequently.

Is it common sense and just when a politician proposes a crackdown on illegal immigrants when one murder an American citizen, or is it virtue signaling and standing on Laken Riley’s grave, shamefully attempting to use her death for political points?

Trump won because enough Americans associated Biden’s tenure with inflation and didn’t see enough action coming from the Democrats. That and they changed candidates 90 days before the election.
