Any TomTom users around here? I tried to get into the MySports page but it only seems to work if you have TomTom equipment.

This is silly. You're taking my quote out of context. I never talked about lawsuits but replied to rojo's question about when they have attacked first and asked later. And the answer is that the NOP allegations that went on for months turned out to nothing.

The suing stuff had nothing to do with your comments. It referred to the guy saying Rob's sponsors are going to sue the people posting accusations about him.

The 1:45 video would probably have been closer to Emmer (it wasn't an intersection, but I think the next intersection was Fauna).

The 1:53 video is just before Fauna.

The 2:10 video was Garner road.

His planned races and schedule appear to be meaningless fantasy as well. I had a look into results of some of the real races shown on his website's calendar for the earlier part of this year and he doesn't appear in the results of many or most of them. Was he injured? Possibly, though he does appear in results now and then, and of course having a long list of legit events on the calendar is sure to impress sponsors and fans of his.

According to the blog posts for the period in question, he was running 60-80 mile days from 5/20-5/25. Back when the tracking data was up, that synced with what he would have needed to do to cover the ground on the map.

In other words, even the scant bit of data they have released disproves their claims, and yet they wonder why people doubt them.

Not to mention a sponsor is not likely to sue unless they see rock solid data and have a reliable athlete. Probably want to make sure the fundraising for the kids is all on the up and up (can't imagine they have good records of the cash flow, proper non-profits in place, etc.). Crew should be careful too, if this all goes south, and some sort of fraud is going on, they could be on the hook for some bad deeds... (but of course this is all speculation, I'm sure he's run every step and didn't mislead anyone into donating money for the kids that was later spent on beer and IHOP buffets after a long night of driving at 6-10mph).
