Yeah, I've read it. The employer is instructed to do more than you say. They all also E-verify whether legally require to or not. They'd be nuts not to. Why even go through the process of I-9 if you're not even going to inspect the proffered documents and E-verify? They all do.

Also, if you are referring to DACAs for a lot of your answers (your linked podcast links to an article about DACAs), my understand is that DACAs are "documented" and are authorized to work. Speaking of making money, I was thinking about this Nate Silver guy. This guy is a statistician and a Baseball gambling stat guy that hit it big about 15 years ago and has been living off that one election success ever since. What a nice con he has. All other pollsters basically conduct their polls in various manners and give their results. They tweak the questions likely to get the bias results that they want. Yet they have to present some type of appearance of accuracy to or their gig is toast. (Polls like Rasmussen are always on the edge and people discount them because of their bias).
Nate Silver has his own super, duper formulas that he doesn't have to explain to anyone where his supposedly just plugs in all polls and unknown data points and it spits out highly detailed, granular outcomes that he presents as authoritative. And because of his name, people just gobble it up. It is kind of funny.

Harris also finally has a net positive favorability rating and is +8 over Trump (who is -7).
I think the 'anti-Trump' + 'first female president' will be enough to stir turnout for Harris. Hillary couldn't do that because people did not like her. She is also not 70+ yrs old.
