Putin has done promo videos with Putin himself interviewing Russian women proudly showing their kidnapped Ukrainian children and celebrating the fact that they now have a child when they were barren before. Intelligence was devoted to tracking these children's whereabouts in hopes of reuniting them with families or relatives. Trump killed that because it is just one of Putin's wish list items.

These kids will never be found again and they will not remember their parents.
