Does anything you are pointing to change the fact that there is a serious chance that Trump directed Flynn to cut deals with the Russians before he was president?

And it doesn't change the fact that Trump knew Flynn gave false statements to the FBI and allowed it.

And it doesn't change the fact that Trump fired Comey to stop the investigation of Flynn.

Now let's agree with those facts and discuss the ramifications.

Mueller is building cases that will be so strong, evidence-wise, that most will never go to trial. His investigation involves hundreds and members of both parties. Yet Trumpers will continue to blame Obama or some 'deep state' conspiracy.

He's winning the last several pages of this thread, as evidenced by his detractors only retort being "you were wrong about the election".

This is a good post...and correct of course.

Pretty hard to staff any investigative body that doesn't have people on it who don't like Trump. He currently has a 32% approval rating, and even in the election, he didn't win the popular vote, so that means more were against him from the beginning, and there are a million more reasons now to be against him. Now, that investigator shouldn't have tweeted what he tweeted, and Mueller did the right thing by removing him.

To emphasize what nontrumper wrote, the case against Trump and associates will be based on facts, not feelings, and the facts are piling up. To not accept that Trump was a criminal before the election is insane, and to think that he changed his ways while a candidate and then as President is also insane.

Trump is so stupid that he has put himself in a position to be put under the microscope. He could have laid low for the next 20 years of his life and enjoyed his riches and his golf courses, but his arrogance and stupidity led him to run for President.

Popular 80s comedian Gallagher, when answering calls from the audience to run for President said, "I can't run for President. I smoke dope." He had the sense to know that he should never run (even though it was a silly request).

Trump should have said to himself, "I can't run for President, because I am a criminal."

Instead, Trump said, "I said to myself, 'I said you know, this Rusher thing with Trump and Russia is a made up story..."

And yes, he said "Rusher"...listen to the interview he had with Lester Holt.

Trump is so screwed.

I could only take so much of it anyway, but it was a bit fun. I generally only get on when I'm not busy at work, which means not that often. Its a fun break from reality on occasion :)

Mueller was appointed FBI director by GWB. Mueller, himself, is a Republican. So how in your world is he "HRC supporting?" Mueller believes in the rule of law regardless of party. Do you realize he was not working for the Feds when HRC was being investigated? He was brought in to investigate TrumpRussia, not Benghazi or email-gate.

Wow. You are delusional. Bob Mueller is a Republican. He was appointed to head the FBI by George W. Bush. When he was initially picked to head this investigation, Newt Gingrich tweeted, "Robert Mueller is superb choice to be special counsel. His reputation is impeccable for honesty and integrity."

Gingrich now says Mueller is corrupt. Why did he tweet the former? Because he is under the same impression that Trump is that if you compliment someone that they will do things, see things in your favor. Now that Gingrich has realized that Mueller has integrity and is going after everyone in the Trump administration including Trump himself, he now says he is corrupt.

You just did the same thing...when the facts no longer support your wished-for view, you attack those who handle the facts...the media and the investigators. Just proof that it's getting to you and to Gingrich and to Trump and Trump supporters everywhere.
