I was wondering the same and my bet is that they may be site-sponsored, at least the better know ones (you know who I'm talking about), and they do that to promote responses and site traffic. That's the way social media works these days unfortunately.
There is always a different perspective. First, judge is supposed to be a judge. There should never be a liberal judge or republican judge. Secondly, you have to wonder who is pushing the “republican judges” boundaries.

Generalizing isn’t lying. It’s hammering the point home. I didn’t realize you investigated this. My bad. The overall point is that nobody, including you, or that entry level judge, can point out the article in our Constitution that protects Venezuelan gangs. It’s a non starter.
