Obviously we need a very large guestworker program, but 'conservatives' have always been against that kind of thing. So we get this: 'just look the other way' sort of sitch.

How is in our interests to fight wars for Israel (Yemen, Syria, Gaza -- well, gave them all the weapons), Libya, Iraq, and they hope Iran; all laid out by Jewish neocons in A Clean Break; use US military for the benefit of Israel)? Or to give Israel billions upon billions of $$ every year? Ask the survivors of the USS Liberty what they think of Israel and their power over our government. There are countries in Europe that are bad. I agree on that. Poland, Hungary and Turkey are examples. But there are also countries that do better.

And being a leftie in one country does not mean one would be that in another. For example in Norway it would make no sense to let private companies have much influence over it. But it makes sense in a country like Switzerland

I don't want to compare US to the old fascist governments although there are some resemblance. I think the trumpist people are closer aligned to islamistic groups in the Middle East. They want less government, have full faith in their leader, have hung ups on certain issues etc.

There are nothing wrong with goals like stop having trans people compete in women's sport, reduce the deep state, reduce the number of illegal immigrants etc. It is the "fakeness" and how you achieve x and y that is the problem. For example we see that the richest people are getting richer more quickly than ever before. We also see that they get a lot of funding from the State. Trump and Musk are examples of that. Lying to voters should never be accepted

Anyway. As you know, Israel is a liberal democracy, the only one in the middle east so it is a natural ally. Furthermore, it has helped the US enormously in terms of intelligence about a region that hates the USA.

Obviously lots of trade between our two nations helps too.
