Trump is the current president and people are questioning his actions and fighting them in court. This is how it is supposed to work. Obama and Biden are no longer president. Their actions were held at bay in court when they were. So let's talk about here and now.

The argument of "they did it, so that makes it ok to do it" shows the person has no principles. Ignoring the constitution is wrong, no matter who does it. Everyone should be held to the law.
