This woman has now posted four separate times the same thing she’s posted about 100 times. If you cannot cite even one instance of Hadsell being accused/arrested/convicted of any crimes, particularly of any sexual abuse or any legal actions against him that would indicate he’s a predator, you’re not only libeling him but you’re potentially guilty of Telecommunication Harassment which is a misdemeanor in most states. You do understand IP address is logged on every post and can be directly traced back to your phone or computer. You may not like the guy but what he did was like 10 years ago and dating grown women?

It’s clear that whoever you are, you have some sort of unhealthy obsession with him. Just based on your behavior here, I would bet he has a civil or even criminal case against you. I’m an intellectual property attorney but my firm handles these types of cases.

You seem to stalk his every post. You keep saying the same thing calling him an abuser and a predator and that he dated teenagers. To any of our knowledge, none of these things are true and what your doing seems to have reached the level of criminal activity and potential civil liability.

Can you cite any actual documentation that he is any of these things? If not, I would file a criminal complaint as well as civil complaint if I were him or if he were to contact my firm.

That proves he was accused of sexual harassment. That was 7 years ago. Was he found guilty? At all? Was there a civil case against him? Was he found guilty in that? Do you have any proof he was found guilty of any harassment or crimes? Just because he was accused doesn’t mean he was guilty. Just like CC is accused but not guilty.

Other than this article, that we have all read and seen the texts, was there ever a case against him? When I read those texts it is obvious that the person he is texting is a friend and it’s been covered before on here that she had texted him some 10k times.

I don’t even see a single accusation of sexual abuse. If this was so clearly harassment, did the girl sue the university? Him?

Unless you are the girl that is in the article, it seems a bit psychotic that you are obsessed to this point?

I’m not his attorney and I don’t practice this area of law but you may be placing yourself and this website at risk of legal action both civil for the libel and criminal for the harassment.

Well in the post referenced by Rojo, Hadsell admits he had sex with athletes on his team. He said something along the lines of "I coached hundreds of women and a didn't have sex with most of them"

He was under some serious investigations with mounds of evidence stacked against him, and he resigned in the middle of them. The school closed the investigations and the college age women that reported him just want to put the ordeal behind them rather than reliving for years in a lengthy and expensive legal battle. If any one of those women filed a lawsuit, however, he would have been SCREWED.

Any expert on the subject says that a relationship between an athlete and a coach CANNOT be consensual and therefore constitutes SEXUAL ABUSE. There can be criminal abuse and noncriminal abuse, doesn't change the fact that it's still sexual abuse. The NCAA even funded a study that said the same thing, called Staying in Bounds. Rojo deletes the link every time it's posted because Hadsell is his role model. But search for it and read the whole thing.

I don't have any problem at all with testing Coleman and all the NOPers every day. I encourage it. I also encourage fining rojo $100 for every spelling error and grammar booboo.

If there was a credible accusation of abuse or harassment at the university level, the legal counsel at the state is obligated to carry out the full investigation. Just because a person resigns does not end an investigation unless there is no credible proof. Ending the investigation just because the accused resigns only further opens the university up to litigation. Investigations of sexual assault, abuse and harassment continue so as to gather as much discovery as possible.

If this was a credible case abuse or harassment the investigation would have legally continued. If it didn’t, there must not have been a credible reason for it to continue.

Investigations of this nature are also strictly confidential by order of law. You are claiming to have intimate knowledge of the investigation that is not legally reported. How would you have this type of information unless you are the actual person making the claim or Hadsell himself? I’m not seeing where there is any indication that there was more than one person who filed any sexual harassment claim?

I am aware of the study. It’s not law. That’s not evidence of sexual abuse. You cannot draw any line between the coach’s consensual relationships and that study as that study is not at all a letter of law.

You are continuing to make damaging accusations that you have no way of proving to be true. Your own admission is that you have done this numerous times and they were taken down. This shows a clear indication of malice on your part which would be another prong in a civil and criminal case.

IMO I would recommend he send a Cease and Desist as well as a Litigation Hold as detailed in VOOM HD Holdings LLC v. EchoStar Satellite L.L.C., 93 A.D.3d 33, 36 (1st Dep’t 2012)

I've met Robert once in my life when he helped me above and beyond his duty date with some details at a Millrose games. However , this website is going down the toilet looking at the title of the threads. So yes he may not be an idiot but he's definitely a hack..... and Coleman wrinkly did nothing wrong

daily testing works for me.

in competition testing only catches the very dumb and the very desperate. the out of competition tests are infrequent and as Coleman has illustrated, they're easy to dodge with little to no consequence.

that leaves daily testing or giving up on this farcical attempt to ban drug use. i'm ok with either.
