It sounds like Ingebriksen, or Ingebritsen. You can always spell it right merely by remembering it's because they had an ancestor who was Ingebrigt's son. That will stop you from getting confused and transposing the s and the t.

Thanks for the correction. I shall return the favor. It's Bad Wiggins not Wigins. Andrew Wiggins is not actually bad, he just was not worth the 1st pick in the draft. Remember his mother still is the Canadian co-record holder at 400m and formerly held the Canadian record at 200m. You're welcome.

Of course. Every single running performance calculator you will find on line supports Rupp being able to run under 12:50 based on his 26:44. So the people that made those calculators don't understand the sport?

Dennis Kimetto 2:02:57 marathon is equal to a 12:48 5k/26:40 10k on the VDOT calculator, do you really think Kimetto could've ran that fast for 5k/10k?

You seem enamored with Galen Rupp’s indoor performances. It is entirely possible that Galen Rupp could run faster indoors. Look at Johnny Gregorek who ran 3:49.98 indoors this year. His best outdoor times are 3:35 and 3:52.94. Look at Samuel Prakel who ran 3:50.94 indoors this year. His best outdoor times are 3:36.84 and 3:54.64.
The more intelligent a person is, the more they might look at Galen’s indoor times as questionable in terms of his ability. INDOORS is now FASTER for some people.
Cheserek up till recently, all his fastest times indoor.
It is also interesting that all these superfast indoor miles seem to be in Boston.

Rupp 3:50.92
Prakel 3:50.94
Add about 3 seconds to those times and you are in the ballpark of what they run outdoors. Why is that? It is no coincidence.

Let us see whether Gregorek and Prakel make the WC Team. They probably won’t, which should tell you that their indoor times should have an asterisk. Galen was NEVER capable of a 3:50 mile outdoors.
