This is all very good information, but Wimbledon still isn't in Surrey, makes the league something of a mockery.
Not as funny as when one of the Kent non-scorers has a go at the 4th placed , 2nd Kent scorer on Strava yesterday: " ...maybe entitle it differently then. -we all know you performed superbly at Telford Owen but many athletes of lesser ability have been grafting their arse off over xmas for Kent AC... If you think you are bigger/better than us? ..the idea that you think "you are giving back to the club" wtf? what have you given to the club apart from a fall in the ditch and then disappear to a lower league university where you got honours equivalent to winning the F.A. Trophy?"

Jim'll Fix It
Popped down the bookies at lunch time, managed to get odds of 3/1 on Kent to win the last fixture by 217 points. Thought it to be a little stingy at first, but maybe they know something I don't.
Does anyone have photos of the Kent AC lads handing back the trophy to a club that should be in the league?
You mean the ones of a non-Surrey outfit showing superb sportsmanship handing the trophy to another non-Surrey outfit?
Well I didn’t expect anything less. The postage costs from the Kent would’ve probably been too much. All of the budget has gone on transfers so I hear.

I’ve corrected the above for you too. You’re welcome.
Clearly you view of where administrative boundaries is about as clear as mine?
"Dwathead"

Indeed. Kent AC isn’t in Surrey and never has been.
The brains around here? I am not sure how it could be any more clear? Wimbledon is part of the London Borough of Merton. It is not part of Surrey, I am not so sure why this is so hard to comprehend? Presumably you are still drunk 8 days after your single victory?
Brains? You only had to read one sentence and you failed.
“Never has been”. That implies a reference to the past. There was a time when Wimbledon was in surrey, not that that’s the point here. Kent has never been in Surrey.
You still haven’t gotten over your loss have you? A loss that everyone wanted to see.
"Kent has never been in Surrey"
-It has been in the hearts and minds of the Surrey people and runners for years now, like the adopted gifted child going onto achieve greatness at Oxbridge (wherever that is), treasured and forever part of the family and the running scene. It is just individuals such as yourself sir who seek to cause division and angst, presumably stemming from a recent sacking of a menial job such as that of a special constable or part-time traffic warden. I heard that there was one specific individual not invited to the Hercules post race party, I wonder who that could have been?

At least the first part is correct.
The second. Well, i hope people haven't ostracized him/her for this. Because that would be a shame. If you're implying that i am them, then you are most definitely wrong. Again.
Shouldn't you be working on transfers for next year anyway?
Apparently the stockbrokers of the banking department for Hercules .WBN Were unable to get a team together for the "Big Dance" of club running at Sutton Park yesterday. Personally I find it a bit disrespectful to the sport, but then I just feel a little sad on their behalf as the other Surrey League clubs, Guildford (genuinely Surrey), SLH (Surreyish) and Kent AC (another pint of Kentish Ale please barman) battled it out like true warriors.
What is going on -is there a problem here, or are they all used to the 4 week Easter holidays from their boarding school days.
Alternatively is this a protest against the B team getting disqualified for cheating at the Southern 12 stage?

It's disrespectful when you poach runners from other clubs. It's disrespectful when you compete in a league you shouldn't be in in the first place.
Kent AC also rightfully left with nothing from Sutton Park. The only positive to come out of it was that you weren't hilariously done over by one of the officials like last year.
Back on subject though, how is the recruitment process going for the next cross country season?
Poaching is the only way a lot of the Kent guys can survive to feed their families. The secret stories of daring raids on the wealthy landlords of Wimbledon (in a county well outside of Surrey) which are conveyed in the dark lit halls of Lewisham Wetherspoons are legendary around Ladywell. The fact that they have to go to such great lengths to just survive makes the 6 consecutive titles won all the more remarkable. The reports of the Kent guys standing on the M1 trying to hitch a lift to Sutton Park to compete bare-footed in the National 12 Stage warmed the nations hearts. Conversley the small-town minded club in yellow from a county outside of Surrey were notable by their abscence, but not really missed. The lack of noise from the arrival of the private helicopter was welcome relief to the local wildlife.
I believe the subject of poaching athletes is quite high on the Wimbledon agenda. I can give you 10.34 names plus with an additional 23.5 if still required to clarify this mastery of "athlete grabbing" by the boys is yellow with bags of cash in big brown paper bags.
God knows what they were all up to in Morocco together -snake charming?
And here we are on the eve of another Surrey league [proper] cross country season.
Hilarious to see that Kent ACs top Male runner has taken the easier travel option. Instead of schlepping across all the way from Kent [which isn’t Surrey] to Surrey, he is going to Rennes?
No Gilbert? No Yee? No Hope?
Gawd, not you bloomin' wankers, again.
