You're in close enough proximity you can tell where people are. Blocking would be a very effective tactic if done intentionally as it allows the leading runner to "die" while impeding the oncoming runner. I imagine in this instance they were certainly be called for "Jostling/Obstruction" though.

While I think the Sharp dq was utter rubbish I can't figure out what Rojo is squawking about. Lipsey's drift was so subtle that it's rediculous to ask for a ruling. The push by sharp is worthy of discussion but not of a dq. The Lipsey drift is not even worth a discussion much less a review of the rule book.
