No one has offered any concrete evidence to support any claims of doping.
All we have is some anonymous idiot claiming someone he knows knew people at Loughborough that said Coe went abroad to blood dope!
That is not evidence, it's a made up rumour. Anyone can claim similar on line about anyone.

Whereas the three year famine in Ethiopia from 83 - 85 just meant banging in those miles was a piece of cake? Africans couldn't run as had to work, when running meant they could get paid their tribes and communities let them do lighter tasks and go out to train after. That is why it happened from the mid 80's the start of open professionalism of athletics.

I was giving a reason originally why talent among black African runners was not as deep in 1972 as today. We need to remember Miruts Yifter skipped the 5000 metres in 1972. He would've been one of the favorites. He served 9 months in prison for skipping 5000 metres. [Maybe the kidnappings and all scared him. All that happened between 10000 & 5000, 1972.] I stated wars. "History or his story" stated Ethiopian famines, 1983 to 1985. That makes my point! Since 1960, Ethiopians have been the world's best 5000 & 10000 metre runners. Look at WRs and Olympic medals. Ethiopia sat out 1984 & 1988 Summer Olympics. Ethiopia had no 5000 or 10000 medals in 1983 or 1987 World Championships. African wars.

I'm 51. The men's 100 & 200 metres winner from then USSR was a suspected PED user, 1972 Summer Olympics. Eastern European women have been strong in 800 & 1500 going back to 1972. Many suspected said women from then Soviet Union & East Germany. Said women were winning most of the medals.
No, he actually did not blod doped. He was the talent. No way he needed some dangerous blood transfusions etc.
