Sex is great and you can prevent most risks using contraception. It's a personal choice for Lolo and others; fine. But in no way is it wrong or equal to training.
With training for running or some sport, your improving your body and your performance. Abstinence, your preventing your body from doing what is natural. Scientifically, sex is good for us: gives us softer skin, live longer, reduces stress, reduces cholesterol etc.
