has anyone else noticed the huge amount of seniors this year in the top 36 listed at the beginning of the thread? if i counted correctly the region will loose 25 of 36 to graduation next year, not including the super seniors from RIT. ridiculous. 2010 is going to be a very interesting year with a lot of new faces and freshman/sophomores breaking into the upper echelon of atlantic region runners.
Erik Donohoe v. Mark Stevens
Hunkovic v. Stenuf
Good post d3er. I think it will be nice to see some new faces. Not to mention it will be a lot more interesting when there is a race for a regional indv. title. It's only fun to Kosgei run fast so many times...

Including every returning Cortland runner...
Rumor has it that the Hamilton mens team will have another Kenyan.
If so, that is who I would like to fight
Haskell or Bojanowski
Although Ramsey vs. Donais would be a classic.
brett dolan has the biggest wingspan of anyone in the atlantic region. he'd jab anyone to death, and no one could reach him. plus he's sexy.
back to running.... cortland is getting a transfer that run a 15:09 5k and 8:38 3k
geneseo is also getting some great recruits.. it should be an interesting season
Cortland has a really good senior class that has been on their top 7 for 4 years now. You don't see what underclassman there are and how deep they really are. They will have another strong team years after this year, because of the runners they are currently attracting.
I wouldn't fight Ben Jackson...notice he hasn't posted in a while. He must be training harder than anyone right now, or at least the people on here saying they want to fight him. He will tear you apart.
Mark my words.

What he should be doing is studying because then, hey, maybe he'd actually pose a threat to those of us who haven't failed out of school

because civil is the definition of this thread and, of course, Ben Jackson's post.
his post was pretty douchy, but he didn't personally attack anyone.
Chill out, all Jackson did was man the f*** up and posted hard where it counted.

Matters about as much as D1 for where it gets most of us in the long run. Please don't post on our thread.
