Hey there Coma Stamina 16 flat umm sweet deal I ran a 16:35 split going into a 5 miler during XC
My track 5k pr in college is 15:34. That was 10 years ago. I would be lucky to break 18 now. Oh, I am of the male persuasion.

Funny you say that. Almost all of my PRs (including 5k) were set indoors. At least the weather is always good!

Thanks. It's the south region, but I think I can definitely do it because I've made a lot of changes for the better since my SF during track. I don't think I would need to take off a minute, the winner usually doesn't make it in 14:41. I'm hoping right around 15:00 or under. That would be pretty safe.
