I can't believe the lack of respect for ritz so far on this thread. The high school distance runner generally competes in this other season which no one has mentioned so far during the fall. Its called XC. No one has compared to Ritz's XC dominance in high school.

No one has dominated high school XC like Ritz and that along with his tremendous track times should leave him in the top 3.
You have to look at all the data, not just that coming from the track.
