Historically this will not end well for Sullivan. Leading from the front the entire race when there is loads of talent behind you isnt the smartest strategy.

I feel like that's a case of correlation (coaching -> result) than causation. McClain was pretty decent before Roche. I'd offer to coach her for half the price: just gotta send some standard workouts and type "You're AMAZEBALLS!" into a spreadsheet every couple days. :-)
