Gary Martin got dropped early in the 5,000. Wakes team tactics work as they go 1-2-4 with Jourdon running really smartly.
Gary Martin had his heart ripped out knowing that he wouldn't get the opportunity in Eugene to lose again to Parker Wolfe. With Parker out Gary just lost the will to race.

13 personal bests, 1 sb, and a fieldhouse record. Some pretty good running in these races by the ladies.
Doris up 10 seconds at 600
Maybe 9:10 pace thru 1500
She just lapped someone
west regional 4x100 - Arkansas was cruising until their anchor looks like she pulled a hamstring 50 feet from the finish line and they were a DNF. tough break.
4:13 is bubble time in west and Rono of nm is making sure heat 2 is not slow
Congdon looked great 4:05.7. 7 from heat 2 make it thanks to Rono. Barnett made it in heat 1 but dud not look that good to me.
Mia almost didn’t make start line with sickness. I saw her in lobby with trainer hydrating.

Thanks for that info. She clearly just did not look right on the last lap. Flockhart looked as good as anyone today to me. Her last 200 must have been pretty quick. I need to rewatch that.
Flockhart collegiate all time #4.
out West:
Barnett, closed in 61. Showed some guts battling sickness. UO has improved her speed/close.
Maatoug also always gutty racer, closing hard to pb in 4:10, and advance.
Paige breaks 2:00 just behind chepngetich in heat 3. Kosgei does not move on. 8 in east 2:00.5 or faster

I admire her perseverance. But 61.9 while the top 2 were 59.2 was a lot more separation than I expected not knowing her illness hence my original comment

Just saw results...6 pbs in heat 3 to get all the small qs and knock out Kosgei.
Ford 22.27 clearly easing up a lot the last 25 or so.
