The calculus is simple for any athlete in Lobalu's position: he already has the 10000m standard from his race in Valencia in January and he has no competition for a place on the Swiss team. The Ten probably isn't paying him and if it is, it's probably a relative pittance. GST will give him tens of thousands. Any athlete in that position would take the GST dollars rather than do a time trial for no real benefit.
any tips from more experienced users on how I can bypass flotrack and watch the pro 10s? not trying to pay a cent to flotrack especially if their stream reportedly doesn't work
I don't think its on eurosport or anything, so see if a friend has flotrack.

There actually was a 3rd men's race on the original schedule released back in mid-February.
Apparently, not enough entries warranted a "C" race -- or, these 34 guys are all so close together time-wise, Jesse/Mgr thought it best to race them all together.

Back when google chat was a thing like 10 years ago. I tried to facetime the stream to weldon. I got cut off for a copyright violation.

Also, one's 10k time on the roads wearing 40mm supershoes does not necessarily equate to the same 10,000 time on the track wearing 25mm superspikes.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. I go to a lot of pro meets in California and most pro runners do NOT pose with high school kids. And if they do it's one or two quick photos and then they leave. Quigley spent 15 minutes signing autographs and posing for photos.
Isn't 20mm the new max stack height only for sprint & hurdle events up to 400 meters, while remaining 25mm for 800 meters and longer?

No - that was the rule until end of last year. World athletics rules changed to 20 mm max stack for all distance events.
Separation super early, 5 women on 30 min pace at 800 meters, the rest are a bit back, couple at the second set of pace lights, few more at the third set of pace lights
