Quick search looks like he holds the India record at 13:11, could break it

12:57, pretty conservative race. Like that Teare took the lead there at 400
4 guys under 13. Nordas in 5th with a high 13:04
12:57 by hocker beats teare by a tenth or so

Gulveer Singh 12:59 for India, big step for India, very cool
Welcome to the 10k Cooper...
Another PR for Hocker.
One second prs for both Hocker & Nordas . . .
what's a bigger red flag, a running kit that reads "Team India" or one that reads "Team Burrito"
what can you read into a race like this where they're just trying to hit a standard, but i'll come out with a hot take anyway. Hocker won't have what it takes to be a top level 5000 guy. Not this year. Not ever. Jakob makes people feel like it's possible to be both, but he and ElG are special.
These other guys don't have that. That's my 3c take, anyway.

Nah, I think he was focused on the standard, not best possible time. Although why not go for it when he was probably within 5s of his best. He's run 1254 and probably could have PB'ed tonight.
7-second pr for Rayner . . .
rayner highkey gives the best mustache ride of global d men

Looking forward to the interviews from the big guy, JG!
