The South Region’s TV broadcast might have been the most professional and well-done production I’ve ever seen for a cross-country race. The Midwest Region’s production is… not.

Been messing around with the qualifier tool and it's genuinely hard to bump WF out. One region with upsets isn't enough. You need basically every region left to have big upsets.

Think Rocky Hansen will run nationals? Jojo will need to pace a little better as well

Graham Blanks (H) made his move between 6k and 8k, now leads field by over 1 second at 8k for Northeast.

At the 7k -- three ND men 9-10-11 vs three Wisconsin men 13-14-15. These six will probably determine final score for each team.

SE Region course was really muddy. Report I’m getting is Tewalt fell and JoJo fell three times. Wake ran without Rocky who should be good to go at nationals. Also ran without Aiden Ross. Don’t know his status.

Graham Blanks (H) won the Northeast Regional by 18 seconds. Syracuse appears to have the men's title, while Harvard may have locked the over auto berth (only 180 runners in right now)

Men's VT is 99% in. Wake Forest beat so many teams that VT beating them practically locks their spot in.

Looks like Cornell knocked off Iona, probably only 'Cuse and Harvard go but nice run from the Big Red nonetheless

Going into this season, Harvard had Blanks plus 6 other guys who made track regionals (3 in the 10k, 1 in the steeple, 1 in the 1500, 1 in the 1500 and steeple). Only 4 of those 7 total scored at Heps and were in the lineup today. Have always appreciated Gibby's interviews and insight but his system takes no prisoners and, in my view, hampered what could have been a top-10 nationals team this fall

Mountaineers keep rolling with Naukot the only hint of worry: 27 sec behind McCabe at Pre-Nats, 16 at Big 12s, 38 today.

Can't we have at least one thread here that we don't drag politics into it? I'm not much of a Trump fan either but I don't feel that I need to denigrate him at every chance I get. I'm sure the Virginia runners weren't thinking about him today.
