The real challenge isn't formulating a diet plan anymore than formulating a reasonable run training is particularly difficult. The challenge is showing up everyday and executing a reasonable plan without cheating the plan or overdoing "workouts" such that the effort is unsustainable.
Perhaps you should start a diet and exercise log on LetsRun which would drive site traffic and help hold you accountable, both of which seem to be in your interest. You will, of course, be publicly ridiculed but that has always been the nature of this site.

as by now rojo has surely gained back and more the pounds that he lost that one day when he was on diet in-between hourly naps as it is now time to start thinking about having another diet day sometime in the next few years as can never plan too early as can combine diet plans with plan to waddle sub-5 marathon, but as 5 hours is a LONG time to be away from nap couch this may not be realistic goal as his wife's friend agrees with this as she good observer of rojo work ethic

as is too much work to work on sentence structure and grammar and spelling as is against dubya rules to do work as interferes with naps and TV watching as wife goes off to work and as that is enough work for any one family as gotta be home for when garage door opening repairman comes as he needs to show maid how to use garage key
