Congress passed the law, the president signed it and we avoided a depression but got massive inflation as a result.

The poor don't pay taxes. Tax cuts just mean that the rich pay less than last year as a percentage.

Forgiving loans does none of the things that you said. These are 10 year old loans. It isn't allowing them to attend college. It rewards wealthy people who don't pay their debts. It shifts money from the poor to the rich.
