I don't know what is more ridiculous. If your inability to spell simple words or your lies. "Jim Peters squeezing in 40 mile weeks after work." HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Jim Peters worked full-time in an optician's shop. He was famous for his low-mileage until his 30's when he gradually built up to 100KMW. There are numerous references to this online.
For distances up to 10K, TS9 is as fast as the real supershoes, especially if there's a lot of sharp turns on the course. It has the bouncy foam and stiffening agent, it's just slightly lower to the ground.
In '64 the wr - held by Clarke was 28:15. Mills won at the Olympics that year and was only 20 secs faster on the track than this female road runner over the same distance.
We also see that in '64 the men's 800 record was 1:44. Women are only running 1:55 today. They aren't strong enough to close in on male times over that distance - even doped to the gills - but the huge boost in endurance from doping is bringing women close to the male greats in '64. There is no progress in training, shoes and nutrition that enables that kind of improvement in aerobic capacity. And it shows no signs of slowing. Expect a woman to run close to 28 min in a year or so.
Do you know that some men - probably thousands -have run faster than 28:46?
Yes, the improvement in the 800m over the decades differs completely to the improvements in long distance running.

You can't explain it and you haven't tried. You simply think she's clean - as though doping doesn't exist in the sport.
I can and I have, on multiple occasions, on different threads.
No you haven't. I have read nothing more than the usual mantra of "modern training, shoes (she wasn't wearing the new shoes) and nutrition". That doesn't do it.

1:44 is still world class, 28:30 isn't.
The same arguments that show doping in women's running - which I have raised here - also apply to men's events. It is throughout the sport. As I have already said, 80% of performance improvements since the 60's is doping; 20% is better tracks, shoes and training.

Like he or she said, they explained but you didn't accept the explanation. I tried the same in the past. Just because you don't agree with an explanation it doesn't mean the person hasn't explained their view to you.
- 20+ seconds faster than the next believable time (aka doped up)...
- But only one is faster than its equivalent on the track.
Only one possible conclusion...track is clean.
Side note: in my country, the best female crop would be 2km away when she crosses the finish line. I have to admit and confess, I guess there would be nobody, fully doped up, that would be able to follow her for more than 2 or 3km. A single sub 3min00 km on flat ground is no joke for a woman (actually, even for 99.9% men).
Idk, I'm not quite as cynical about sport wide doping as most here, but this is too much for me. At least Rhonex Kipruto's 26:24 was still within the realm of possibility (Cheptegei 12:35 track vs 12:50 road) but this time is like a man running 25:50s for a road 10k. Just ridiculous...
Buffoons down liking my comment but applauding this: "Weini Kelati Sets New American Half Marathon Record!"
The kind of hypocrisy in some creatures though!!! Ooh Mama Africa, one day we shall overcome this white syndrome of hatred towards us especially matters to do athletics!!!
Vote down this one also 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Don't worry about it all their distance records are held by East African born Athletes. LOL we got em

No, they haven't. They - you - just say they have. They haven't come up with anything that plausibly shows she is clean.

It is. But nothing is "ridiculous" to the doping deniers here. She could have stopped for a smoke - like Hassan having a good old stretch - and they would still buy it.

When you explain to a flat-earther that the Earth is round, he will never accept your explanation. They are inflexible and stuck with their beliefs. Don't be a flat-earther.

I think a lot of people would argue that the person who blindly believes the person running superhuman times from a country with rampant unchecked doping is actually clean is the 'flat earther'.
A lot of fast athletes cheat - proven fact.
A lot of Kenyans cheat - proven fact.
We're at the point where a super fast Kenyan should be presumed to be a doper.

The irony. The doping deniers are the flat-earthers. Explain here how she must be clean. Don't just say you've already done it.

It's beyond a presumption. There is no other rational conclusion.

Don't forget that Kipruto is currently provisionally suspended for doping.
