At what age do you stop running shirtless?

I'm running right now in Valencia. Often 32-33 with humidity over 70%. It's cooler with a shirt on than off. It absorbs sweat and keeps you cool while blocking the sun.

Same here, brother. Running is no fun unless it's no shirt.

I ran shirtless today. I am 38.

Spring here..turn 57 in 3 weeks and might run shirtless today.

It's a lifestyle... I'm 28 and plan to keep rocking the bod as long as I can.

I stopped running shirtless when I turned two years old. Running outdoors shirtless when you are above the age of an infant is absolutely ridiculous. PUT A SHIRT ON HIPPY!!!!!

If it's good, even better reason to be modest. People will still notice and they won't resent you or feel awkward

Remember, you can't go to a store shirtless. You can't a lot of places. Let's thank our lucky stars we have this freedom and don't abuse it.

My nipples were so chaffed the other day I had to ditch the shirt. Then again who really cares if someone sees you shirtless. Chances are you don’t know the person anyways.

I think it depends on your fitness and the way you look.

Those of us that got old and maybe don't have the same body we did in our 30's, we rarely see other runners in our age group running shirtless.

I'm 59 and I've been running shirtless every morning this Summer. It's very warm and muggy here so comfort comes first.

Everyone man should strive to get old in a manner so as to be comfortable running shirtless. There are two ways to do that:

1) Be in great shape.

2) Don’t give a fluck.

Or move fo So Cal where running shirtless isn’t going to make you an outlier. You don’t even need to be running to not have a shirt.

I used to live in Atlanta. Once June hit I didn't run in shirts again until at least late September.

Age 74 here and run shirtless as my nipples don't like any runs much over 3 miles. I have a poochy stomach but I don't see many people as ran 4.7 miles this morning and only encountered 4 cars. I have run some half marathons without a shirt but I ran 4 last year and did wear a shirt and my nipples were bloody at the end. The temp at the start of all of them was around 50 degrees. I have a half this Saturday and temp may be near 70 degrees. I may not wear a shirt. I am fat and old and no one really cares and I don't either as so happy to be able to run at this age.

44...Gainesville, FL. I rarely wear a shirt, but it's typically 85% humidity year round and a shirt is completely soaked in the first 20 minutes so it's pointless!

Just wear one in Japan. I hear someone got the cops called because they weren't wearing a shirt. It must be taboo there
