Mistake started the week before NXN, going to the well at regionals. I put the blame on the Pioneer coach. Doesn't understand managing fatigue. Low level coaching.

Steorts still in the lead at 2 mile, looks back for any trouble, and trouble is coming.

Referring to Forsythe performances at these last two races. Obviously carrying fatigue.

This race and course today really highlighted the importance of being both a good up hill runner and downhill. South/Northeast tied for first thru 5 places! 6th will be the tiebreaker.
