Well, that's what the statistics on intelligence testing show, and I am going to set my beliefs in accordance with what the empirical truth reveals. I don't hate anyone because some groups on average perform better than others. I think you are the one who is harboring repressed racism based on your post right here.

Jared Diamond argues that a harsh environment, tropical diseases, and lack of any native domestic animals held back the development of many African Cultures through the centuries. His chapter in "Guns, arms, and Steel" on the few domesticated species in the world is eye-opening. Asia and Europe got very lucky.

Some interesting theories of cultural biases of IQ testing in the first article, but mostly pretty weak. People have been trying to poking holes and refining IQ testing since its inception - can you provide one experimental study showing a revised test which produces "equitable results" among racial groups. The authors of the second article seem to have all the answers, so it should be pretty simple to fix these testing errors, yet here we are still complaining that IQ tests are "culturally biased." Methinks there are just a lot of whiners out there who cant accept biologic realities.

Yep, just like saying that 21 year old's are faster than 45 year old's on average is ageist. We're all born with individual talents and gifts, stop crying about it.
