Right after 1500, I went up to the stadium to see how windy it is. The windy is massively gusting. It is going diagonal acros the track but should be hitting the runners as they finish. It's so bad the straws in the concession stand were blown over and flyign everywhere. I passed Marc Scott and he's like "Wow the wind has really picked up." But that's the side of the track where the stands are the highest. I asked Sinclaire about it and didn't notice it. Nor did Norman obviously.

So the stadium is acting as a wind-block for those on the track?
